Social media is a powerful marketing channel, and social networks are the biggest source of inspiration for consumer purchases. This course shows students how companies can use different social media to effectively reach international consumers. It gives you the tools and knowledge to build a complete social media marketing strategy, from consumer insights to final justification metrics. It walks you through understanding the basics of social media platforms, blogging, strategy building and using the unique features of platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to your advantage.

Biography:

Marta Ortega is the founder of Dopeness Agency, where she works as a marketing specialist. She previously worked for a number of Barcelona agencies designing and executing marketing strategies for major Spanish lifestyle companies. Marta now focuses on helping and guiding tech companies in their marketing efforts in Berlin.
