Enrolment for New Students 2026-2027
To enrol at ESCI-UPF, you must have been allocated a place in the programme by the University Access Office of the Government of Catalonia or by ESCI-UPF:

41024 – Grau en Negocis i Màrqueting Internacionals

41063 – Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Marketing (taught in English)

ENROLMENT DATES
Enrolment takes place in person at ESCI-UPF. If you are unable to attend, another person may do so on your behalf with the corresponding signed authorisation.

First preference: from July 14 to 17, 2026 (inclusive)

Definitive allocation: July 17, 2026

Other preferences: July 24 and 27, 2026
Important: If you do not enrol on your assigned date, you will lose your place.
Check your enrolment appointment: Enter your ID number (username) and your date of birth (password in ddmmyyyy format) to check your specific date and time.

Pre-enrolment Procedures (Online Form)
Once you have your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to a form (Catalan / English) that you must complete (including the required documentation) without fail and as soon as possible.
The form must be completed and signed by the student. Forms completed by third parties will not be accepted. You can consult the corresponding guide.
Required documentation
Remember to attach a copy of your current ID card. You must accept and sign the documents in the form and attach the following, depending on your situation:

Previous university studies started: Proof of payment of the transcript transfer fee (request it at your home institution).

Fee reductions and discounts: Copy of the valid document (academic year 2026–27) that certifies your right to a reduction in official tuition fees.

English: If you have a C1 level or higher and do not wish to take the English level test (PCCL) in September, attach the official certificate.

Instalment payment: If you choose to pay in 10 instalments, you must attach the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate.

Signed authorisation, for a representative: if you cannot come in person to enrol.
In-person enrolment
To complete your enrolment, come on your assigned date and time with:

Your original, valid ID card.

The online form was already completed.
-
The chosen language you wish to enrol in has already been decided.

A chosen method of payment.
*If someone attends on your behalf, they must bring a passport-sized photo of you, the language you wish to enrol in, and their own ID for identification purposes.
Payment information
Choose the option that suits you:

100% of the total amount: Paid at the time of enrolment.

50% / 50%: Half at enrollment and the remaining half at the beginning of February.

In 10 instalments: 28% at enrolment + 9 monthly payments (September to May) + 200€ surcharge. (Requires attaching the signed SEPA Direct Debit Mandate of the account holder in the pre-enrolment form).
How to make the first payment

Bank card: Like an online purchase. Make sure your daily spending limit is sufficient.

Payment slip: Payment slips must be downloaded/printed and can be paid at CaixaBank ATMs (with any card) or online, and at Banco Santander branches or via online banking (available only to Banco Santander customers). Students should check their card limit before making a purchase.
Important: Payment slips and card payments have specific due dates depending on the selected payment method. Once these deadlines have passed, they become invalid and must be reissued by the Economic Management Department, with the corresponding late payment fees applied.
