Enrolment for New Students 2025-2026
To enrol at ESCI-UPF, you need to have received confirmation from the Catalan Government’s University Access Orientation Office or UPF that you have been awarded a place on:
- 41024 – Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Marketing
- 41063 – Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Marketing (taught in English)
Before you enrol, please check that you've been given a place on the Accesnet portal. (the 1st allocation of places is published on 11 July 11, 2025)
You need to enrol at ESCI-UPF in person. If you cannot come yourself, you may authorise someone to come in your place, providing the required documentation*.
ENROLMENT DATES
- First preference: from July 15 to 18, 2025 (both included)
- Definitive allocation: July 18, 2025
- Other preferences: from July 25 to 29, 2025 (both included)
*If you are unable to attend the enrolment in person, you may authorise someone else to attend on your behalf. You will need to attach the corresponding signed authorisation, your ID card and a passport photograph.
Once you have been awarded a place, check the date and time you have been assigned to enrol and enter your ID and your birthdate (ddmmyyyy) as password here to see details of your appointment.
If you do not enrol on your assigned date and time, you will lose your place.
Required documentation
Once your place has been confirmed and you have been given an appointment for in-person enrolment, you will receive an email with a link to a form that you must complete as soon as possible. You may also access the form via the following link: Catalan / English. You can also consult the corresponding user guide.
You will need to complete and sign the form and provide your consent for various documents. In addition, you must upload the following documentation if any of the following situations apply to you:

Students who have already started university studies must upload proof of payment for the transcript transfer fees (you must request this document from your sending university).

If you are entitled to a tuition fee discount, you must upload a copy of the supporting document, valid as of the start of the 2025/2026 academic year.

If you hold an English language certificate at C1 level or higher and do not wish to take the PCCL, you must upload the corresponding certificate.
If you wish to pay your tuition fees in ten instalments, you must upload the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. You will find more information about this option under the “Tuition Fees and Payment Options” section.
IMPORTANT: The form must be completed and signed by the student. Forms completed by third parties will not be accepted.
In-person enrolment
Once you have completed the pre-enrolment form, and in order to formalise your enrolment, you will need to attend in person on the day and at the time assigned to you. Please remember to bring your original and valid ID card or passport.
Please note that if someone else is formalising the enrolment on your behalf, you will need to make sure to have attached the corresponding authorisation on the previous form. The person formalising your enrolment will need to bring their ID card/passport as well.
Timetable
- Mandatory introductory sessions: 15-19 September 2025
- Regular classes start: 22 September 2025
Payment information
Tuition fees can be paid in the following ways:
- 100% of tuition fees upon enrolment
- 50% of tuition fees upon enrolment and the remaining 50% in early February
- In 10 instalments: A down payment of 28% upon enrollment and the remaining 72%, plus a €200 surcharge, in 9 instalments from September to May. Remember to fill in and attach a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate if you choose this payment method.
Payments are made through promissory notes (except for the ten instalments method) or bank card (make sure you have a sufficient limit to pay the first instalment)
You can make the payment using one of the following options:
- In person: At CaixaBank ATMs using any bank card (make sure to check your card limit beforehand) or at any Banco Santander branch.
- Online: through the following link, regardless of whether you are a CaixaBank customer or not, or for Banco Santander customers through their online banking.
Promissory notes have a set expiration date. Once this date has passed, they become invalid. Should that happen, you will be charged a fee for issuing a new one.
