Required documentation

Once you have been awarded a place, you will receive an email containing the pre-enrolment form. On this form, you will have to fill in all the mandatory information and attach the necessary documents before the in-person enrolment takes place.

You will also have to accept and give your consent to several documents.

You will have to attach the following documentation if you are in any of these situations:

  • Students who have already started university studies must attach the receipt accrediting payment of the transfer fees (you must request this document at the university of origin).
  • If you are entitled to a discount on the public price of the registration fee, you will have to upload a copy of the current document (in force at the beginning of the academic year 2025/2026) that proves it.
  • If you have a C1 Certificate or higher level of English and you do not want to take the PCCL, you will have to attach the language certificate that accredits it.
  • If you wish to pay the registration fee in ten instalments, you will have to attach the  SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. You can find more information about this method of payment in the section “Payment information”.

In-person enrolment

Once you have completed the pre-enrolment form, and in order to formalise your enrolment, you will need to attend in person on the day and at the time assigned to you. Please remember to bring your original and valid ID card or passport.

Please note that if someone else is formalising the enrolment on your behalf, you will need to make sure to have attached the corresponding authorisation on the previous form. The person formalising your enrolment will need to bring their ID card/passport as well.
