Description

Big data describes the large volume of structured and unstructured data that companies have to deal with all the time. Artificial intelligence (IA) refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by algorithms used in areas such as retail and marketing analytics. In this course you will learn how to use big data to understand target demographic behaviours in the digital space and thus create more efficient marketing campaigns that will give you a higher chance of converting clicks into actual sales. You will go deep into the big data of social media to gain a more complete picture of what can be learned from interactions on social sites. The course will take you through the full range of analytics tools and options available and show you how to get the most from them to make your content strategy more effective, so that you can take better decisions and spot crises before they arise. By the end of the course you will be able to explain which AI approach is right for your business, ask insightful questions of your AI teams and vendors in order to deliver more revenue, customers and leads, and develop a plan knowing where and how to apply AI in your marketing funnel, especially on your website.

Description

We study how Industry 4.0 has revolutionized business processes and has had a powerful impact on the model of globalization by changing the workforce, increasing the ease of access to services, converging information and operation technologies and irrevocably linking digital and physical worlds. We analyse new modes of collaboration that are improving design processes and getting the most out of companies’ talent pools. We show how increased connectivity means that organizations must now be competitive on a global scale and cannot rely on their physical location to win business, thus forcing them to focus on meeting ever-changing consumer demands.

Learning Outcomes

Obtain an understanding of how Industry 4.0 has revolutionized business operations both inside and outside the manufacturing industry, has increased the links between international organizations and has driven the process of globalization forward.
