Want to know what a Graduate Program is and how you can join one? Find out about young talent development programs with Lidl and Damm session.
Lidl will present its Sales Young Talent Program: Area Manager Catalonia, and Damm will introduce its Sales Graduate Program. We will be joined by two ESCI-UPF alumni —Xavier Serrano (Lidl) and Ingrid Padrós (Damm)— who, together with Human Resources professionals from both companies, will explain these programs and how to prepare to take part in them.
The session will be held in Catalan/Spanish.
