Biography

María del Mar Viñas Pinto (Barcelona, 1970) graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC in 1994. She has an MSc in Industrial Measurement Systems from the University of Brunel, UK. She has worked in several manufacturing companies in the industrial electronics industry and held technical, commercial management and marketing positions. She also has an MBA from ESADE (1999) and a Master’s in Training Secondary Teachers, specialising in mathematics (2010). Since 2010 she has combined her professional work with teaching.
