Biography

Llorenç Bagur Femenías has a PhD in Business Administration and Management, specialising in accounting and auditing, from the Universitat de Barcelona, and a master’s degree in and Accounting and Financial Management from UPF, where he regularly lectures on several master’s and postgraduate courses. He has published a number of research papers in respected scientific journals and he won the ACCID Prize for Best PhD thesis in 2005.

In the business sphere, he is a consultant and adviser to several organisations in the fields of accounting, finance and management.
