Description

This course looks at the analysis and prediction of the 3D structure of biological macromolecules such as proteins, RNA and DNA. It explores generalisations in 3D macromolecular structure such as comparisons of general folding and local motives, the principles of molecular folding, evolution and interaction of unions and structure/function relationships, working with both experimentally resolved structures and computational models.
