Biography:

Pablo Sánchez Hernando has extensive experience in the field of base-of-pyramid inclusive business. He is a specialist in market analysis, designing and developing inclusive business models and assessing impact metrics. He has worked at multilateral organisations (IDB, IFC–World Bank, FOMIN), regional business development agencies and several private sector organisations. He is the founding member of Roots for Sustainability.

Biography:

Ester Oliveras is a senior lecturer in financial economics and accounting at the Department of Economics and Business and pro-provost for sustainability at UPF. After earning her PhD at the University of Central Lancashire, UK, she undertook research stays at a number of universities, including Imperial College, London, in 2014, the University of Edinburgh in 2015 and New York University in 2018. She also set up the Yunus Social Business Network, which she led from 2015 to 2018.
