A new edition of the Congress will be held from 12 to 13 June. This is one of the most important activities of Barcelona Design Week, a meeting point for companies, organizations and professionals in order to share success stories and work methodologies on strategic and emerging issues, with speakers of recognized international prestige.
The Congress is intended for companies and organizations from any sector which want to go beyond their “comfort zone” and apply new strategies in order to find new solutions to their current challenges.
With the name Transforming Society, we will take a look at the capacity of design to transform, to generate changes which affect the behaviour of organizations and of society. The BDW Congress wants to reflect on the positive impact of design and its capacity for transformation through real cases of companies which use, among others, two fundamental strategies: placing people centre stage in order to better understand their needs, and promoting sustainability starting from design.
