Biography
Sergio Madurga teaches in the Department of Material Sciences and Physical Chemistry at the Universitat de Barcelona. He is head of the computational part of the lines of research conducted by the Biophysical Chemistry of Macromolecules and Colloids (BioPhysChem) group at the UB. His research has focused on the simulation of polyelectrolyte systems, the study of reaction-diffusion processes in macromolecular crowding situations and the dynamics and properties of peptides and proteins.
