Biography

Christian Rovira Grueso was one of the first year of students to graduate in International Trade from ESCI-UPF (1994–1999). He specialised in international purchasing for the publishing industry in general and in China in particular. After working as purchasing manager in several industrial companies, he decided to change career path and move into the world of communication and creativity by working in the Communication Department at software companies and universities such as IQS. He is currently director of communication at ESCI-UPF.

We work on our communications skills to develop our leadership abilities, foster collaboration and influence positive change in any context. We apply mindsets and techniques from human-centred design such as empathy and creativity to communicate in an engaging, persuasive manner and shift the way people think, feel and behave. We learn about storytelling techniques and how to deliver impactful presentations. 

Learning Outcomes

Gain the knowledge and master the tools used to improve your storytelling, collaboration and communication strategies to persuade and influence across all levels of an organization. Obtain the ability to drive impact at the system level via listening, collaboration and engagement. Develop a personal impact plan to maximize your influence and achieve meaningful change within your network.

Description

Define a digital and creative strategy for a product or service by designing a lead capture campaign. Analyse competition, identify targets, prepare buyer personas and their digital ecosystem, set objectives and draw up a media operations strategy. Define the value proposition and carry out the lead capture campaign with the creative concept.

Adapt the development of a marketing plan in the creative process to creating an e-commerce business or lead capture page.
