Biography
Noelia Martínez Huerga coordinates teams and manages transversal projects in environments where customer orientation and digital innovation are strategic for the ecosystem's growth.
She has international experience in marketing and sales in market research agencies such as Forrester and Nielsen, conducting studies for decision-making in different sectors such as IT, banking, FCMG, HORECA, perfumery and logistics. Currently, she is working on public projects on emerging technologies at the service of education, entrepreneurs and citizens at a local and international level.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the strategy companies use to manage interactions with existing and potential customers. This course will introduce you to CRM tools and show you how these tools are used by Facebook advertising agencies, among others, to review consumer interactions, manage client data and identify areas where your relationship with customers can be improved. This course will show you how to integrate data from social media platforms with existing information using the organisation’s CRM tools. By the end of this course you will be able to overlay information from your digital social platforms onto existing information about customers to obtain more personalised information about them, ultimately increasing customers’ lifetime value and boosting your profitability.
