Graduado en Comercio Internacional y Negocios y Marketing Internacionales (ESCI-UPF), con másteres en Dirección de Empresas Internacionales (ICEX-CECO) y en Historia Económica (UB-UAB-UZ), certificación en Gestión de Retail (FIT NYC) y actualmente está cursando su doctorado en Historia Empresarial.
Xavier tiene una carrera internacional en ventas y marketing en la industria del mueble con 15 años de experiencia en diferentes regiones del mundo. Primero desde los EE.UU., posteriormente desde Barcelona, viajando y haciendo negocios en más de 70 países.
