Integral Strategies for Food Waste Prevention

The Day is aimed at fostering debate among universities, consumers and companies on how to address the prevention of food waste along the entire value chain. This awareness-raising action also includes the visit to ECOPARQUE 4 and the Packaging Sorting Plant, the Integrated Treatment Plant for municipal waste in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
